De Struisvogel is located in the basement of a canal-side residence at the corner of Keizersgracht and Berenstraat. An intimate restaurant on a very special spot with great quantities of atmosphere, vastly outnumbering its seating capacity of just 34.
The menu is based on French cuisine and changes regularly. Dishes are prepared with biological and free-range products.
